Recharge systems REFLEX Fillset, Fillcontrol Plus Compact, etc.

The Fillset feed fittings are prefabricated reinforcement units with integrated system separators according to DIN EN 1717 standard for permanent connection of heating or cooling circuits with drinking water supply systems. Fillset can be used for direct manual recharge or installed in front of automatic recharge devices such as Fillcontrol Auto. Throughput capacity: 0.8 m3/h. Max. operating temperature: 60 °C. Max. working pressure: 10 bar. REFLEX offers the following Fillset models: Fillset with built-in flow meter for measuring the amount of make-up water. Fillset Contact with an electronic flow meter that can be read by any Reflex control device. Fillset Compact is a very compact and simple design without a flow meter.
Fillcontrol Plus Compact is a compact solution for small systems with a membrane expansion tank. They have an integrated system separator in accordance with the DIN EN 1717 standard. The control devices operate completely autonomously by means of integrated pressure sensors in the system. Throughput capacity: 0.4 m3/h. Max. operating temperature: 70 °C. Max. working pressure: 10 bar.
Fillcontrol Auto combines the maximum level of flexibility and ease of operation. Completely independent of the pressure in the drinking water supply system, thanks to the built-in pump. They work independently of both pressure and water level. Fillcontrol Auto can be connected directly to the hydraulic separator. Feed capacity: from 0.12 to 0.18 m3/h. Max. operating temperature: 30 °C. Max. working pressure: 10 bar.
Fillcontrol Plus. Feeding systems with membrane expansion tanks has never been so simple. Fillcontrol Plus offers full functionality of Reflex Control Basic control devices even for small systems. For separation in drinking water supply systems, Fillsets can be installed in front of them on the water supply. Throughput capacity: 1.4 m3/h. Max. operating temperature: 90 °C. Max. working pressure: 10 bar.
Fillcontrol Auto for water-glycol mixture. Fillcontrol Auto is also available for heating systems in a version compatible with mixtures containing glycol. They have full functionality, however, they do not have hydraulic separators, since system recharge units are usually used, for example, mixing units in systems with a solar collector. Feed capacity: ≤ 4 m3/h. Max. operating temperature: 110 °C. Max. working pressure: 10 bar.
Electromagnetic ball valves for Reflexomat. When using Reflexomat pressure maintaining devices, the make-up water can be supplied directly using an electromagnetic ball valve. The control units of the Reflexomat devices activate this function at elevated pressure when filling the expansion tanks. Fillsets are installed in front of them to separate the system during recharge from drinking water supply systems. Throughput capacity: 1.4 m3/h. Max. operating temperature: 90 °C. Max. working pressure: 10 bar.
