Fillsoft water softeners. Water softeners are available in two main versions. Depending on the required output, you can purchase either Fillsoft I with one or Fillsoft II with two cartridges with synthetic resin. Softening works on the principle of positive ion exchange. Hard drinking water is supplied through an ion exchanger, where magnesium and calcium ions are replaced by sodium ions of the resin in the cartridge, and the water is softened. Max. working pressure: 8 bar. Max. operating temperature: 40 °C. Output of softened water Fillsoft I | II: 6000 | 12000 °dH. Volumetric flow rate of softened water: ≤ 0.4 m3/h. Height: 600 mm.

Softmix mixing devices. After softening with Fillsoft, the water hardness is reduced to readings below 0.11 °dH, which is often lower than the required water hardness. In addition, this leads to increased wear of Fillsoft cartridges. With the help of the Softmix mixing device, the required water hardness is set by means of controlled mixing of filtered water and optimization of wear.

Programmable electronic flowmeters Fillmeter. Fillmeter reliably monitors the duration of operation of the cartridge, and also calculates the achievable amount of softened water based on the input data and brings it in line with full-scale measurements. Max. working pressure: 10 bar. Max. operating temperature: 65 °C.

Fillsoft replacement cartridges. After a quick and easy replacement, Fillsoft replacement cartridges fully restore their operability. Softened water output: 6000 L at 0°dH.

The kits for measuring the total hardness of water include everything necessary for accurate determination. They allow you to accurately measure and control the hardness of filtered and make-up water.
